Webb@amalyh Yes, Sims Medieval uses the same game engine as Sims 3 and thus has the same issue with most Alder Lake and Raptor Lake processors.The workaround is the same as well, except I don't know of a patch that fixes the issue on a permanent basis. Instead, apply one of the other two workarounds to TSM.exe rather than TS3.exe or TS3W.exe.
