WebJan 1, 2024 · Recently, Zhao et al. (2024) discuss the fund manager’s effort choice under high-water mark. Different from these studies, our paper focuses on the effects of jump risk in risky asset on the hedge fund manager’s optimal risk taking. Our paper is also related to the literature on portfolio choice with jump risk.
