WebFeb 12, 2024 · Today, had a new issue to arise with the DVD drive. The door will not open nor will the tray extend. I can push the open button and fold down the door, stick my finger inside and push down on the tray and it will then eject. Thinking this thing is dying or has an issue with the ejection mechanism.
